What we publish
Guides designed for a decision.
Each game guide starts from a symptom, links to an official support or service-status source where one is available, and gives the reader a sequence of checks. The free diagnosis tool runs locally in the browser and does not claim to inspect a private network remotely.

What we do not claim
No universal ping reduction or winner.
A result from one location, ISP, time window or server cannot establish a universal recommendation. Until a reproducible record is available, Fix My Ping does not publish a percentage reduction, star rating, fastest-service label or universal winner.
Route services cannot repair wireless interference, an overloaded game server, local upload congestion or device performance limits. Those causes are checked first.
Publication threshold
What a Publishable Test Record Requires
A performance result must identify the test date, location or region, ISP context, device and connection method, game server, sample count and comparison conditions. Raw notes and screenshots must be retained, limitations must be stated, and the typical result must be reported instead of the single best run.
